| We all have heard that bowel movement is very important
for a healthy body and skin. Extended retention of stool in
the colon was regarded unhealthy as it would release toxins
in the body and was associated with colon

between an individual who has three bowel movements a day
and an individual who has one bowel movement in three days.

offer better nutrition and promote regular bowel movement.

We have heard that the body has many friendly bacteria and
